Battlefield 6 has brought back a community-favourite dog tag for all the high fliers out there

Battlefield 6 players have discovered that a fan-favourite aerial manoeuvre has been given its own dedicated dog tag, for those willing to leap from the safety of their aerial vehicle.

The Rendezook dog tag is awarded to players who manage to leap from the pilot seat of their jet, shoot down an enemy jet with a bazooka, then climb back into the safety of their own jet. The term is a blend of the words rendezvous and bazooka, describing the safe return of a player after using their bazooka for some daring rocket-to-plane action.

The Rendezook is a feat cemented in Battlefield history by its community, specifically by a player called Stun_Gravy, who posted a Battlefield 3 video in which he performs the now-legendary Rendezook. That video went viral, and as such the challenge for other Battlefield players to reenact the move was established.

For those unaware, Dog Tags in Battlefield games are unlockable cosmetics, all of which require some pre-requisite achievement or challenge to be completed before you can wear them. You can steal another player’s dog tags by taking them down in melee, but you can’t wear these stolen tags. That means for the Rendezook dog tag – as well as all other prestigious tags – you’ll have to do it yourself.
