- All 8 Caster Woods Newspapers
- All 11 Caster Woods Beavers
- All 6 Asylum Patient Records
- All 8 Hidden Truths With Spark Podcast cassettes
- All 8 Sigils
- All 3 Dr. Peter Paulander Diaries
- Both Fischer Family Documents
- All 9 Caster Woods recipes
- All 9 Baron’s Research Recordings
- All 5 Dr. Tal Cubero Recordings
- All 3 Olivia’s Recordings
- All 27 Murals
Family Picture Trophy (All Caster Woods Newspapers locations)
In order to find all the Fischer family newspaper clippings, you will need to have completed all the Killing Spree side quests. This will open up the main part of the library, which is completely cut off from the library tower you need to restore power to make a safe spot. There are a total of eight newspapers, but one of the locations has two of them.
Know What ‘Castor’ Means? Trophy (All Castor Woods Beaver Statue Locations)
There are eleven total Beaver statues, located at each of the red dots on the map below. If you nab all of them, you will earn this achievement.
All Sigils Locations
The stone sigils in Dying Light: The Beast get you access to a powerful melee weapon if you collect them all. Here are all eight of the locations.
Dr. Peter Paulander Diaries
There are three of these total, and all of them can be found inside the doctor’s home in Golden Pine. One is located downstairs, and the other two books can be found upstairs. You will need to lockpick the front door to get in.
Fisher Family Documents
There are a total of only two of these documents; you can find one on the second floor of Town Hall, and the second one in the Asylum. Keep in mind that you won’t have access to the Asylum until you are in the story mission called Cries Trapped In The Walls, which is the third-to-last mission of the story.
What Happened at the Asylum Achievement (All Patient Files Locations)
Every one of the six patient files is located inside the Asylum, which means you will need to complete the story up to the Cries Trapped In The Walls quest. This will allow you to enter the building with Lydia’s help. While you are inside completing your objective, you will be able to find all six of the files along your route through the building. Each is located on the first floor.
Caster Woods recipes
There are nine total recipes that need to be collected, including four in town, one by the Monastery, one in the campgrounds, one on the Asylum island, and two in The Vale. Each one is detailed in the video below.
Baron's Research Recordings
The Baron’s Research recordings also look like cassette tapes, and each one is found near an arena where you fought a chimera. Some are inaccessible until you complete the chimera fight as part of the story.
And Don’t Forget to Wash Your Hands Achievement (All Hidden Truths With Spark Podcast Locations)
In order to find all the “Hidden Truths with Spark” podcast recordings, you will need to travel to these six locations.
Dr. Tal Cubero Recordings
Dr. Tal Cubero left several messages, and they are located in two places: his home in the Villa area, and the Asylum in which he worked. There are two cassettes inside his office in the Asylum, and the rest are found in the same house where the Dr. Peter Paulander Diaries were found.
Olivia's Recordings
There are four total Olivia recordings in Dying Light: The Beast. Two of these are within the safe place inside the Monastery, one is located in an important building in the Industrial Park, and the last is located by the Power Plant safe zone to the far west of the map. If you can’t access any of these, you may need to progress the story.
- The Power Plant message becomes available during Power Gambit.
- The first Monastery message outside the locked lab is available after Power Gambit.
- The Industrial Park message becomes available during The Bait and the Beast.
- The second Monastery message, which is locked inside Olivia’s Lab, is not accessible until Olivia has told you about all her father’s secrets.
Murals
There are a total of 27 Murals in Dying Light: The Beast. While most of them are out in the open, and you can nab them without doing any of the story, one of the Murals is located inside the Asylum, which means you have to have completed most of the story.
Good Samaritan Trophy
The Good Samaritan trophy requires that you complete all the side quests. There are 20 total, and most are unlocked after completing a story quest. They will appear on the map as exclamation points once you can start them.
